Anniversary Cake

I made this card for 3 challenges.  I paper pieced and coloured parts of the cake.  I think it turned out pretty well. Thanks for Floppy Latte for the lovely digital stamp

April Showers Bring May Flowers

I created this card for four different challenges.  I stamped the yellow paper with flowers to make my own designer paper.  I embossed the tulips.  I hope my rainbow and sentiment will be acceptable as a weather theme.  The challenges were:
1) Charisma Card Challenge # 19 – The theme was “Under the Weather” - http://charismacardz.blogspot.com/
2) Lily Pad Cards – An Embossing Challenge - http://www.lilypad.inlinkz.com/
3) Stamp TV – DIY patterned paper

Just Ducky

This card was created for two challenges.  I used one of the stamps I won from Kraftin Kimmie's Stamps.
1) The Going Grey Circles Challenge - http://scrap-creations1.blogspot.com/
2) The Dutch Dare Card Challenge # 112 - Winged Things - http://dutchdare-cardchallenges.blogspot.com/ I think that Ducks have wings, don't they.  I think they were probably expecting butterflies etc, but here are my winged things.  LOL

One Scoop at a Time

This card was created for the One Stop Craft Challenge # 131 which was to either use ice cream colours or the theme of ice cream.  I think you can tell which one I chose.  LOL.  http://onestopcraftchallenge.blogspot.com/

Happy Dayzzzz

I made this card for three different challenges.  This is an easel card, although it may be difficult to see that from the picture.  For the front of the card I used a digital stamp by Lexi Creations.  Then on the inside of the card I mimicked the flower and the bee in quilling.
1) Polkadoodle Week 18 Challenge - make an easel card - http://polkadoodle.blogspot.com/
2) The ABC Challenge - U is for Underneath in which you were to make a card that had something underneath something else.  That is the reason for the quilling on the inside of the card - http://abc-challenge.blogspot.com/
3) The Color Throwdown # 141 - the colours were So Saffron, Rose Red and Aqua - http://colorthrowdown.blogspot.com/

Gingham and Roses

This card was created for a couple of challenges:
1) The Sketch n Stash Sketch Challenge # 61 - http://sketchandstashchallenge.blogspot.com/
2) The Cupcake Crafts Challenge # 141 - http://cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot.com/.  The challenge here was to create a card with gingham and roses.

I didn't have any gingham paper so I was able to download some from http://www.activityvillage.co.uk/scrapbook%20paper.htm which has a lot of great downloadable paper.  This card is a bit unusual in that it sits on the edge where I cut off the corner.  I wanted to make a card that was a more uncommon shape and I thought the shapes fit well with this sketch challenge.  I hope you like it.

In Style

Here I am posting cards again!  This first one was for the CPS 217 Sketch Challenge - http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/.

I paper pieced the dress and the bodice and then coloured in the flower.  The embellishments are "raindots".  It's not my favorite stamp, but I think the card turned out alright.
